In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a), the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility have the following notifiable interest in the Company, arising from the acquisition of Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the Company at a price of GBP20.01 per Ordinary Share on
