wrtmf - to add to soulsauce's points,
- many of the shares are tightly held by directors, with skin in the game,
- the new NED purchased a chunk of shares on the open market,
- of the £2MM market cap, they had close to £1MM in cash when they raised money for the IPO in March
- it has a standard listing on the main LSE market - it's NOT on AIM
- they own large tracts of licences near existing mines, and with recent artisanal workings, on which they are doing initial exploration and reporting result


Otherwise it's a dog, best avoided ;-)

Hi wrtmf looks like it has some promise. With so few shares in issue and such a small mkt cap it won't take much to move it quite a bit higher.

Main differences to the March presentation are the coverage of the soil sampling in Gozohn and Nimba

Gozohn:
Significant artisanal gold mining activity noted in northwest of licence area (Block-1)
Block-2 results due very soon


Nimba
Three sampling blocks planned for ~2,500 samples
• First block to south east completed (932 samples)
• Samples prepared in laboratory and dispatched to ALS in
Ireland for gold assay
• Significant artisanal gold mining activity noted in block
• Sampling of 2nd bloc to north west in progress
• First results expected early June

They also show Q2 being the start of trenching and stream sampling in these two licences

Finally, there's the wild card "Hamak Gold will continue to assess other potential growth opportunities as well as organing growth through its own licence portfolio"

Conclusion
Regular news flow based on positive exploration results is expected over coming months

Further confidence shown by new NED

Martin Lampshire, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 185,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value in the Company at 10 pence per share, on 22 April 2022.

Following the Director's purchase, Martin Lampshire owns 400,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.92% of the issued share capital.

First set of soil sampling results out



"We are highly encouraged that our first soil sampling results have successfully identified significant gold anomalies in our priority target area of the Gozohn licence. These positive results extend over a considerable strike length associated with known artisanal gold mining and are supported by a rock chip sample returning 2.6g/t gold from identified quartz vein assemblages that occur throughout the area."

March 14:
Hamak Gold has moved exceptionally quickly since our recent IPO to undertake exploration activities over priority target areas in the Gozohn licence. Two detailed grid blocks have been soil sampled which are centred over intensive artisanal gold diggings of saprolite overlaying high-interest greenstone belt geology.
