New investors might like to read the threads I start and the share prices at the time.

NTA 2p to £1.44p
OPF 9p to 90p
Cbuy 12P to 40p
WSG 8pto 80p

They all start with others calling me a ramper;

They HAVE all proved others to be wrong and me to be right.

The FEAR here looks to be well over done and just a case of one investor wanting out that investor not being large.

They would be stupid to hold for a 97% loss.

Take a look at the big city boys who bought in at the IPO

Now look 3 years on.!!

Proves my point 100% they are still their.!!

tara the issues of cash burn and of share price slump long term have been flagged here, but you have avoided answering them. i think they are fair and serious concerns.

you mention director buying as a positive signal. obviously it can be... but the recent purchases look nominal to say the least.

Another tactic is to get a load of posts on the thread so it appears on the front page and attracts newbies who think that popular thread = good share....

Currently on position 6.....

Also, Tara, you have no idea what price people bought at who sold. Why would someone hold for 4 years and then sell out at 97 percent loss? They would have to be pretty stupid to have been holding after being 30 percent or more down.

Loads of supposition and very few facts. These will do very well to avoid massive losses again this year, having already eaten through about 50 million dollars in the past 4 years.

that is a fair point actually. you do get judged by the company you keep. TOPINFO is, without doubt, a cynical P&D merchant. Tara would be better served choosing not to hang out in his den of dirty doings.

Just one more pointer.

If Tara is telling you all he or she makes fortunes by holding for years then why does he pump his stocks on the Topinfo thread which is a thread notorious for pump and dumping.

I don't for one moment believe tara is a 'day trader' or short-termist.... nothing I have ever seen in the way he posts has ever indicated that.

tara was very long term in northacre

London Project Turns Unprofitable Developer Into Market Darling

By Simon Packard

Nov. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Northacre Plc , an unprofitable London developer, became the second-best performing real-estate stock in Europe this year thanks to just one project that's still in progress.

Sales at The Lancasters redevelopment, a city block of 1850s townhouses overlooking Hyde Park, have probably been sufficient to entitle the company to a 50 percent share in the profits under an agreement with partner Minerva Plc. The shares have climbed to 122.5 pence from 24 pence this year, more than a fivefold gain, compared with 4.3 percent average decline for the 50 members of the FTSE AIM Real Estate Index.

One shareholder "hugged and kissed me" at the company's Aug. 3 annual meeting, Chief Executive Officer Klas Nilsson , 69, said in an interview in The Lancasters' model apartment. The grateful investor bought 10,000 pounds ($16,000) of Northacre stock when it languished at 2 pence, an investment that was worth 612,500 pounds at yesterday's closing price.

I have posted above all the threads all the loss making shares and all the massive gains over the years.

Now I am not god.

However if one buys when a seller shows up you can pick up stock at the RIGHT price.

You seem to think I am some kind of con artist.

You have not understood that if you buy at the right price you reduce risk.

You seem to think I am a day trader.

You are very wrong.

Real massive returns come from long term holding dirt cheap stocks no one wants at the time you buy

I'm losing patience already with Tara. I have in the past tried to engage conversation but it always gets diverted to some stock that has risen 100 fold or some rubbish like that. This person can never talk fundamentals or facts so I'm putting tara7 on filter. Annoyed with myself for even getting involved it is a total waste of my time.
