20 March 2023: Haleon plc (the "Company") (LSE/NYSE: HLN) today announces that the following documents have been made available to shareholders:

   2.       Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) 
   3.       Form of Proxy for the 2023 AGM 
   4.       AGM Voting Instruction Card
