"At some point this will be under valued."

It's already undervalued. Post float market making circus in full effect.

I agree with this article, if correct Pfizer will be looking to sell, how can you sell 7 billion worth in an orderly fashion. But HLN looks a good company be interesting to see what dividend they will pay.https://www.fool.co.uk/2022/08/02/should-i-snap-up-haleon-shares-at-3/

Come on monty pull the other one :-)
Traders might be worried about the debt market in general, never mind the debt here.
At some point this will be under valued.

Perhaps shareholders think if GSK lose the Zantac case, they will sell HLN to pay for it.

Market cap is 27 billion lower than Unilever offer...this zantac news has wiped 5 billion in the past few days. Either there's something seriously wrong with haleon we don't know about or its Mr market mispricing

Lawsuit plus mental debt, gsk loaded all the debt onto it, nobody wants these credit junkie companies anymore, look at Vod, halved in price, ftse 100 full of them hence its priced lower than it was over 21 years ago, dire, of course brexit trashed sterling and basket case politics don’t help encourage foreign buyers of U.K. assets. US markets roaring back, thats the place to be, this U.K. dividend stuff, look at direct line, another dog, buy for yield and lose ha;f your capital.

I was looking at buying in here, but now with hanging over it's head, I think and wait to see what the company says. America just loves to destroy British companies to benefit their own. Look at what happened to BP while the American which had more blame got away with. How Obama used to love stating British Petroleum will be made to pay for all damages.

What a difficult birth as a listed company, after just a few weeks the complications start, I'm waiting for the company to issue a statement to say "all is well" and that we are still a low risk defensive investment proposition.

All this and the recession hasn't even started properly.

There has to be an argument that any liability to legacy litigation prior demerger is joint and several. That may be one reason that HLN is falling in sympathy with GSK.

so contaminated Zantac is supposed to cause certain cancers.
if the case is lost it will cost GSK billions.

Hard to understand why HLN is suffering even more after the split .

Credit Suisse sees Haleon's involvement in Zantac litigation as limited. It adds: "more than 2,000 cases have been filed in the US and the first trial begins on 22 August 2022"
