GYG plc (AIM: GYG), a market leading superyacht painting, supply and maintenance company, announces that it was notified on 17 July 2018 that Peter Brown, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 112,500 ordinary shares of GBP0.002 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 88.3889p per share.

As a result, Mr Brown holds 1,723,575 Ordinary shares, representing 3.70 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
