At the moment I wd guess they are under some pressure - esp given their short position predates last Monday [& increased it since]

shocking & depressing. esp how much worse the statistics are for autism sufferes that also have epilepsy.

as some have mentioned, GWP are exploring the potential use of epidiolex for autism

I suggest that folks read the Edison note in order to get a picture of just how appalling DS is - esp including the cognitive issues. I say that because obviously many traders are praying that the drugs fail so they can make some money.

Longsight... They're proposing that anyone with a loss within the period of time the procedural error wasn't notified about (the class period) can make a claim. The class period closed some time ago.
The main reason why the action is a dead loss is that they haven't managed to properly file it, probably because there doesn't seem to be anyone interested in driving it forward.

What is their loss? The shares are above the price cited as the basis from which to calculate loss. [unless the plaintiff sold - but why does that require GWP to indemnify him]

Also some one who starts a sentence with 'I' and then the next sentence with the same and then pens his preceding paragraph totally about himself, to then demonise posters who talk about themselves, is really quite amusing to read.

I presume to display such characteristics one must either have a very high regard of themselves or save that, just be totally hopelessly narcissistic!

altom... It relates to a minor and technical procedural irregularity that some in the US are/were considering to exploit for personal gain.

It has little, if any, relevance to the ongoing business of the company and as you can see the filing is deficient as the last request by the court for the name and address of Plaintiff's lawyer hasn't been responded to.

Well... That was fun folks! £700m put on the MCAP quick as a flash, must be a record. Had me sidelined, LOL!
