21/3/2016 17:02 | sam not that I know of but my point is that the more GWP goes up the higher the price they have to pay to exit. | longsight
21/3/2016 16:12 | longsite Is there any way we can deduce from the information on shorttracker by when these shorts have to be closed out? S | samurai48
21/3/2016 15:21 | every little bit helps i.e. these guys are going to have to buy back 0.83% of GWP to close their position. At the moment I wd guess they are under some pressure - esp given their short position predates last Monday [& increased it since] | longsight
21/3/2016 14:06 | Very bullish forecast from Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. hxxp://247wallst.com | samurai48
21/3/2016 08:24 | nodding. One and the same. Here's a page from Reynold's website that shows the same photograph as used in longsight's piece: He's calmed down a lot since he used to rant that GWP was a criminal conspiracy. | wengerb
21/3/2016 06:19 | One of the commentators on that article is a Peter Reynolds. I wonder if it is the same Peter Reynolds who castigated GW as the tool of an oppressive govt. He now sounds like a contented shareholder | nodding
20/3/2016 09:58 | For anyone interested in such things, a search here - will show that the other Epidiolex phase III trials are expected to finish this year: LGS - April LGS - June Dravet - August The TCS details do not seem to have been updated for some time | nodding
18/3/2016 13:24 | Strictly speaking, praying for something does not make it happen - Either GW can produce an effective treatment or it cannot, and whether people wish/hope/pray for it, or against it, is immaterial. It’s a cold uncaring universe that we live in! Are you going to the agm longsight? | nodding
18/3/2016 09:41 | shocking & depressing. esp how much worse the statistics are for autism sufferes that also have epilepsy. as some have mentioned, GWP are exploring the potential use of epidiolex for autism I suggest that folks read the Edison note in order to get a picture of just how appalling DS is - esp including the cognitive issues. I say that because obviously many traders are praying that the drugs fail so they can make some money. | longsight
17/3/2016 08:55 | Longsight... They're proposing that anyone with a loss within the period of time the procedural error wasn't notified about (the class period) can make a claim. The class period closed some time ago. The main reason why the action is a dead loss is that they haven't managed to properly file it, probably because there doesn't seem to be anyone interested in driving it forward. | sojourno
16/3/2016 23:29 | Sojourno What is their loss? The shares are above the price cited as the basis from which to calculate loss. [unless the plaintiff sold - but why does that require GWP to indemnify him] there are multitude other reasons why the proposed proceedings are 100% hopeless | longsight
16/3/2016 22:23 | What nodding actually means is he no longer pays his ADVFN subscription so is unable to moderate free speech here. Period! Also some one who starts a sentence with 'I' and then the next sentence with the same and then pens his preceding paragraph totally about himself, to then demonise posters who talk about themselves, is really quite amusing to read. I presume to display such characteristics one must either have a very high regard of themselves or save that, just be totally hopelessly narcissistic! In his case using his previous posts as a yardstick, i will presume it's both! | debbie_does_dallas_twice
16/3/2016 18:57 | altom... It relates to a minor and technical procedural irregularity that some in the US are/were considering to exploit for personal gain. It has little, if any, relevance to the ongoing business of the company and as you can see the filing is deficient as the last request by the court for the name and address of Plaintiff's lawyer hasn't been responded to. Well... That was fun folks! £700m put on the MCAP quick as a flash, must be a record. Had me sidelined, LOL! | sojourno
16/3/2016 17:37 | Thank you Wenger. I have heard a rumour about a possible legal case hanging over the company. Does anyone have information about this. | altom |
