Further to the announcement on 13 June 2007 regarding the appointment of
Nonkqubela Mazwai as an executive director and deputy managing director and
Nchakha Moloi as a non-executive director, this announcement contains the full

in 20,920,970 ordinary shares of GVM and  4,250,000 options in GVM exercisable
at 50 cents each on or before 20 September 2011.
