Perhaps you should read this:




Under the terms of the Acquisition, for each Ladbrokes Coral Share held at the Scheme Record Time, Ladbrokes Coral Shareholders will be entitled to 32.7 pence in cash, 0.141 ordinary GVC Shares and a contingent entitlement of up to a further 42.8 pence in principal value of Loan Note plus an upward adjustment for the time value of money by way of a contingent value right ("CVR"). A description of the terms and operation of the CVR and the Loan Notes is set out in paragraph 4 of this Announcement. Ladbrokes Coral Shareholders are strongly advised to read paragraph 4 of this Announcement in full.

See the mix and match facility is only giving those who requested shares, as opposed to a cash and shares combination, up to 33% of that request. Bodes very nicely.

I would never short this.If I'd made my target in VRS by now, I'd slam some of it back in here for the ride to 1500p

Like Festy, I am busy making money elsewhere. Still keeping an eye on GVC but no position, tho' I am sorely tempted to short. Took some very nice profits in GSK today as up circa 10% in last couple of days.

With such a momentous change about to take place, I am surprised by the lack of posts. Perhaps everyone is away for Easter?

Tomorrow will be an interesting day for all holders of GVC stock. My, how far we have come and what a ride it has been!
