07/2/2017 17:34 | Where are these insane trades of 1.3 million shares coming from? At prices of 645p and 650p, which has not been on the books for several days? All reported after hours. | festario
07/2/2017 14:35 | He continues to post on PTEC and reiterates he is still in profit on GVC. If you believe that you will believe anything! | mylands
07/2/2017 14:35 | A moron who got lucky for a while. Could offer no substance to back up his forebodings and struggled to put together a coherent sentence. | popper joe
07/2/2017 13:38 | I don't mind SSW posting because generally he starts when the share price is slipping , then not long after his inane rantings low and behold it goes back up !! Good guy to have around when the share price needs a boost !!! | oohrogerpalmer
07/2/2017 11:56 | Well this post has turned out to be complete rubbish: £6 was indeed the floor ssw has been floored Slipperysidewinder - 25 Jan 2017 - 13:25:42 - 24825 of 25050 Gaming VC - GVC Looking pretty grim here. What happened to your £6 floor velod???? A lot worsevto come here imho. | mister md
07/2/2017 11:32 | I wonder if SSW has jumped off a bridge yet... | morph7
07/2/2017 11:02 | ??? Don't get that. Edit: Oh you're Adding the 12.5p divi - I see! | velod
07/2/2017 10:59 | velod For those of us who held on Jan 4th for the div, we are within 2.5p of 700p. | mylands
07/2/2017 10:31 | When this reaches and holds 700p I'm going to come on here and sing the rousing Hallelluja chorus from Handel's Messiah like a soprano choirboy. It'll be deafening. | velod
07/2/2017 10:12 | When you look at Norbert's track record at BWIN, who's surprised that his investment timing is awful? | investmentguru
07/2/2017 09:28 | Stellar figures from Plus500. Shares recovering from the hammering they received with the announcement in December that the FCA was going to clamp down on Spread Betting. Deafening silence from a certain poster at the moment. | mylands
07/2/2017 09:17 | Another small gap-up on opening for business today. That's two gap-up's on this current bull run (three if your include the jump the day before the 616p close). Result? - A head of steam is now building in that the share price is now fast approaching the foothills of nearby technically overbought territory; and that steam needs to escape. Slowing the rise, or a period of static holding, would clear it. That one day close of a small red close (that someone posted of being desireable in this bull run) would be welcome any day now, INMO, just to keep things in check and on track. | velod
07/2/2017 08:42 | Thank you. | srpactive
07/2/2017 08:42 | Well, I did say the last few months would prove to be the best buying opportunity for some considerable time - I'm just glad I backed my own judgement so heavily. Looking forward, I can see lots of catalysts for driving the share price ever higher over the next year too - and some great divis back in the equation as well. | woodhawk
07/2/2017 08:30 | Closing in on 700p. Just checked the declarable short positions and Marshall Wace has just reduced their position to 0.76%. Over the past month they have steadily cut from 1.01%. Big losses. | mylands
07/2/2017 08:14 | Hopefully getting back on track for share price growth again soon. | sogoesit
06/2/2017 21:04 | Norbert has to be the greatest contrarian indicator of all time! He's managed to sell very significant volumes at precisely the 'wrong' time at least twice now. But irrespective of that, Mylands, a 200K trade will undoubtedly be delayed - it may have been a buy from the other day. Who knows - but that's the point!!!! There's absolutely nothing to be gained from trying to second guess the direction of individual trades, so why bother? | woodhawk
06/2/2017 20:40 | Have others noticed the 200k trade posted late from 14.10 at 652.5p? I would put money on it being Norbert reducing his holding again. Looks like a distressed sale, selling at nearly 20p less than the price at the time of 671p! | mylands
06/2/2017 19:37 | Kenny Alexander exclusive interview; hxxps://www.gambling "We remain on target to secure €125m of synergies from the bwin.party acquisition by the end of the current year, and we are see a lot of organic growth opportunities for the Group in 2017 and beyond." 06/2/2017 17:43 | Smiled when I read the bit - "I am humbled and excited to be given this opportunity to associate my name with the likes of Foxy." . . . I'm no amateur behavioural physchologist but would it have read better (for him) had he simply left out the three words - "the likes of"? | velod
06/2/2017 17:02 | The seller of 25k and 10k blocks was back toward the end of today. But, it had no effect, as we had our 6th or 7th straight blue day.I'm hoping to revisit the 700p level before the annual results, so that the results themselves, plus divi announcement would propel the share price back towards 770p, and that long standing 3-5 year trendline. | festario
06/2/2017 16:35 | Digital marketing company ActiveWin Media has signed a deal with the leading online gaming brand Foxy, operated by GVC Holdings PLC, to develop and execute a strategy to grow the brand in the UK market. ActiveWin will provide enhanced digital marketing services for the Foxy Bingo and Foxy Casino gaming sites to boost revenues, using the ActiveWins network of over 30,000 affiliate partners. Since launching in 2005, Foxy has become a leader in the industry, and the fox mascot has become a familiar site on television and in print adverts having featured prominently in marketing activity for many years. Adele Lawton, Group Head of Bingo at GVC, said “As online bingo and gaming continues to grow in popularity, we need to ensure players are getting an enjoyable experience. By supplementing our acquisition efforts with a new affiliate program, we can focus internal resources on customer engagement. ActiveWins will provide us with that flexibility.” Since launching in 2013 with a team of three, ActiveWin has grown to over 100 employees and manages digital marketing activity for top global gaming brands like Betfred and the Tote. ActiveWin Managing Director Warren Jacobs is excited about adding another big name to the ActiveWins affiliate program and considers Foxy Bingo an ‘innovative and exciting’ business. “This deal reinforces our ability to successfully manage and grow mega-brands through digital marketing. I am humbled and excited to be given this opportunity to associate my name with the likes of Foxy. The ActiveWins team is looking forward to partnering with Foxy to build on its impressive success” said Jacobs. “Foxy is one of the most recognisable brands in the UK. They have managed to stand out in a crowded marketplace with clever branding and a great product. As an extension of the Foxy marketing division, we will be working closely together to grow the player base and maximise revenues for both investors and affiliates” added Natalie Merrison, Affiliate Director at ActiveWins. Lawton explained, “We understand the importance of a strong online presence, and are joining the ActiveWins affiliate program based on their track record as digital acquisition experts in gaming.” | hyperboreus
