29/12/2023 10:48 | Do we have lift off? 3p resistance. Other than that, it's clear blue skies. DYOR as always. | the imperialist
27/12/2023 11:47 | I had this tipped (along with BLU) over the holidays. The charts support the bull case, and much higher prices are anticipated in the near term. Any catalyst for such a change imminent? DYOR as always. | the imperialist
22/12/2023 07:33 | Another positive RNS Things are certainly progressing on Income Revenue. | steveberyl

15/12/2023 10:40 | The Day`s are not far away when GILD will rise on a daily basis, not by Fractions but by Pence. Millions being bought and stashed away, obviously the future is a well guarded secret for the time being, but the people in the know are buying, Daily. MM`s have no info to base a rerate until the `BRAND` is revealed, but it must be a ground breaking event, considering the Millions being bought. SKY Interest has still not produced anything of note, but SKY are not losers, SKY are INNOVATORS, PIONEERS. Professional Football/cricket are extremely expensive and require huge numbers of personnel to Broadcast, Esports is NOT. For me, that is where GILD will prosper. If Esports becomes a TV Spectacular, screened on a regular basis, GILD will become a must have, just on Advertising revenue. Currently GILD is a FREE GIFT, it will not remain so for much longer. | steveberyl
09/12/2023 11:22 | Really does look cheap given potential but E gaming killed everywhere. Any buyer gets a very cheap company and brand | trentendboy
07/12/2023 18:38 | When the full Story unfolds here, possibly Mid Jan 2024 according to the latest RNS, these Shares are going to fly way beyond initial IPO. Buyers are snapping up Huge numbers, whilst awaiting further News, a buy most certainly. | steveberyl
07/12/2023 14:34 | Note the part we will hear who our investor is soon - well before January NEW SKY MANDATE FOR GUILD STUDIOS Tennyson Securities, Technology Research 7 December 2023 UK-listed esports group, Guild Esports has announced a new mandate from Sky Broadband for its production & creative arm, Guild Studios, as the same unit passes the milestone of having generated over $1.1 million in revenues since its creation at the start of 2023. Guild Studios has already delivered campaigns for consumer brands such as Samsung, Coca-Cola, Subway and the blood cancer charity, Anthony Nolan. For Sky Broadband, Guild Studios has been named the Official Activation Partner for 2024, and its exclusive mandate covers a suite of services such as production & design, creative and project management throughout the first half of the year. The early success of Guild Studios is a key part of the company’s strategy to exploit a variety of esports-related revenue streams beyond its core sponsorship income. The unit partners with clients on targeted campaigns which connect with the hard-to-reach Gen Z and Gen Alpha demographic groups that are interested in gaming-related content. The new mandate with Sky also further deepens the company’s most important client relationship. Along with its original record-breaking sponsorship deal with Sky Broadband, Guild was recently appointed Official Television Partner by Sky Glass, Sky’s smart TV & streaming unit, Sky invested a “six figure sum” in the refurbishment of the entire Sky Guild Gaming Centre in Shoreditch, and Guild collaborated with Sky on launching a livestreamed Street Fighter tournament earlier this quarter. Following the recent announcement of a £1m investment from a new strategic partner (of which £500K has been invested so far), management said it would announce more details on the investor and the plans for the commercial partnership between the two parties before the final scheduled payment in January. However, it expects ‘significant synergies’ to arise from the deal. Funds raised will be used both for working capital and to accelerate expansion plans in the Middle East & North Africa region, where the Saudi authorities recently unveiled the eSports World Cup, which is expected to carry the largest prize pool in esports history when it is launched. | turbotrader2
07/12/2023 09:05 | a million or so annual turnover isn't going to cut it though it's a start I guess | jasperthemonkeygod
07/12/2023 08:50 | Great things will happen here, the change since Skee came in has by far improved what was happening before, it is a business with a business model, that is not about relying on sponsor money. Look at who they are now associated with, although I want to know who the mystery investor is.The share price is still on its knees, so for an entry point or top up, it is a gift here. IPO was factoring in a lot of hype as e-sports was being really pumped through that period, but the share price currently does not reflect current revenue and future like it should. I am not a chartist in any shape or form, however, for those that are, is that an almost perfect cup and handle now formed!GL holders | boysie72
07/12/2023 08:33 | IMHO The Problem here from IPO was business run as a Game a novelty. Now those clowns have been removed, we have Gild run as a Business, with profit being identified alongside a future. | steveberyl
07/12/2023 07:33 | Revenue now coming from the Studio $1m within a month alongside sponsorship. This will re-rate to some tune very soon. Looking tremendous Bargain at this level. Onwards and upwards. | steveberyl
05/12/2023 19:21 | A TR-1 Form on Holdings must be due soon. Will be extremely interesting. The Big buys continue, albeit without that much upward movement, but that will change. Gild will benefit shortly from the Santa Rally. | steveberyl
01/12/2023 21:51 | Taking on board the fact that most Happenings in the Market are in plain sight. What are Guild shares worth if the `BRAND is Manchester United ? £1 £1.50 ? What would Guild Merch sell for ? Chinese Market would go Haywire. ONLY SUPPOSIN, But who knows ?? | steveberyl
01/12/2023 14:44 | something's happening trade wise again | jasperthemonkeygod
28/11/2023 08:09 | wtf are you getting that from? what advertising revenue? | jasperthemonkeygod
27/11/2023 20:26 | Advertising Revenue set to rocket when the Brand discloses details. £2-£3m a Month. Share price will take off then. | steveberyl

11/11/2023 09:11 | The PR for this co really needs to get it act together:10th November Guild Esports, the London-based esports organization part-owned by David Beckham, has launched a new sim driving facility at its HQ in London to find, train, and encourage the next generation of competitive racing talent in the U.K. and beyond–both in gaming and real life. The Sky Guild Gaming Centre in Shoreditch, which opened its doors in 2022, now houses six state-of-the-art sim racing rigs and will serve as the training facility for Guild’s competitive sim racing team and academy drivers, but will also act as a community space for aspiring challengers to enter an esport Guild believes has a “notoriously high barrier to entry.” Guild, which claims the sport has lacked a “path to pro” route for those from underprivileged and diverse backgrounds, will operate a membership program for prospective racers, who can pay a monthly fee of £59.99 ($73) to access its setup, which uses Assetto Corsa to teach its attendees. Memberships will include two monthly sessions and access to all telemetric data to demonstrate areas of improvement. Guild Esports entered sim racing in 2023, following a successful £600,000 ($734,000) fundraiser, but it has already found success. Remy Gilbert, who joined the organization in the same month alongside teammates Brandon Abraham and Ryan Ward, currently sits in the top five of the FIA-backed British Formula 4 Esports Championship. The company appears to be seizing on the success of this year’s Gran Turismo movie, based on the real-life story of British sim racer turned track driver Jann Mardenborough. Jasmine Skee, who became the UK’s only female CEO of a publicly listed esports organization when she took Guild’s top role in January, said: “We’re proud to officially launch our sim racing facility to the public. Encouraging diversity at all levels of the esports industry is a cornerstone of everything we do at Guild, and we see the opening of our sim racing facility as another step towards that goal. “It will be one of the first purpose-built dedicated sim racing training facilities in London and a huge step up into the world of sim racing and Formula 1 for those who aren’t able to pay the steep cost of a personal sim racing rig–a barrier for many prospective talented racers.” If you are aspiring to become a professionalgamer this is the route you would take. For Guild it provides a new revenue stream and gives them first Divs on any new talent. Why no RNS ?!!!! GL. | cliveas |
