The present share price is 1.35 and companies nearly always do placing at lower share price so i used 1.00 as lower price plus easier to work out total placing price.

bri15 - I'm not sure where you got the 1p from. The shares are of NPV (No Par Value) meaning the shares can be issued at any price. However the point you make is valid. When the directors are making £8 million a day why would they want their slice of the pie diluted any further.

The company just passed a special resolution to issue 800 million shares, that's £8 million placing at issue price of 1.00,bit odd that if making (apparently)so much now.

ALW - I use a VPN myself, Proton. However to register with GS20 you would need more than just an internet IP address. You will need to submit personal details like your home address, email address, mobile phone number and bank details. If you're registering from the UK or any restricted area they can tell. If they can't they could face heavy fines and possible loss of licence for facilitating money laundering.

Thanks for the reply and yes VPNs enable Tardis like movement PW. What did you or the group transact quick and simple?There is talk on other boards of sign up and ability to transact for retail but no ability to withdraw to date. Also nobody has provided any screenshots or evidence of such transactional ability. I personally have registered but have yet to complete KYC or deposit. Perhaps your able to share more info to validate the transactional claims?

You must be resident in the UK to hold an ISA.



"To take out and/or continue to contribute to an ISA you must be a UK resident. A lie. Nobody in the UK is permitted to use GS20. Furthermore the site would pick up your IP address as registered in the UK.

Are you suggesting you ve personally performed transactions on the GS20 exchange PS6 and it's not just in test mode for certain Pi s and instis? What did you transact?Are you one of the PIs or IIs?

Without establishing an actual trading exchange against it being a soft launch test site there s no actual valid ramp to promote. There are no numbers to validate an income stream.

If the trades settle down and the commission drops to 3 million per 24 hour that's not to shabby.. but if word of mouth puts us on the radar then more commission. Either way I'm expecting a sustained rise next week.
