On a positive,if company does place £8million of shares market cap will still be under £30million, which for a company that could one day be in the £billions ain't too bad,so anyone buying and holding now can't lose.

Well this GS20 massive profit making is obviously fake as if true big buyers would be here and share price would be flying,glad I sold Friday on the spike and will wait until after placing to buy back in,and when EarlofAim is ramping the guts out of a company you definitely it's a pump and dump.

The present share price is 1.35 and companies nearly always do placing at lower share price so i used 1.00 as lower price plus easier to work out total placing price.

bri15 - I'm not sure where you got the 1p from. The shares are of NPV (No Par Value) meaning the shares can be issued at any price. However the point you make is valid. When the directors are making £8 million a day why would they want their slice of the pie diluted any further.

The company just passed a special resolution to issue 800 million shares, that's £8 million placing at issue price of 1.00,bit odd that if making (apparently)so much now.
