I posted the link but the mod/algo removed it.

It's not on the Sandbox Micro-site but the announcements.

Also worth pointing out that it was PM who was the creditor for that December loan facility, hence they have been selling down for fees etc.

Now the situation has changed they have cancelled the arrangement.

Hence the lack of share price progress today.

Official failure and reapply RNS due soon.

Desert Fox ,I've scanned through the FCA Regulatory Sandox website but could find no info relating to GST . Can you point fellow investors to exactly where on the website you state the info is published or alternatively proved a link the the info please .

I've been posting a lot to this board over the last 3 years, unfortunately under threads that have been removed.

The information is on the FCA site if you care to look.

Also, I would not see the loan cancellation as a good thing as it indicates that they cannot justify further expenditure this year on legals and marketing etc.


Expect an RNS on the Sandbox failure shortly.

Big News but not good news I'm afraid. Seems the Sandbox application has been rejected for re-submission later. Failed on relevent UK presence and security infrastructure / compliance.

Hopefully reapply late 2023

Here they are 50m shares at discount.They have another $525k to covert. This will be 0.002s Company obviously didnt think this through. Any bit of good news and they willDump these shares
