Appointment of Joint Broker
Green & Smart Holdings plc (AIM: GSH), a renewable energy company generating power from biogas captured through the treatment of palm oil mill effluent ("POME") in Malaysia, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beaufort Securities Limited as Joint Broker to the Company.
Mr. Saravanan Rasaratnam, Chief Executive Officer of Green & Smart, said:
"We are pleased to bring in an experienced retail focused broker as we look to continue progressing our pipeline of wholly-owned and associated projects and EPCC contracts by year-end. Our existing fully-owned biogas power plants will continue to provide power to the grid while we advance the construction of the new ones.
