The Company was notified on 2 October 2019 that David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 143 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 1075 pence per share on 2 October 2019. This was under an automatic dividend reinvestment arrangement with his stockbroker.

Following this purchase, Mr Potter, together with his connected persons, is interested in 19,976 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.56% of the Company's total voting rights.
