Greencore Group plc, ('Greencore' or the 'Company') is pleased to announce the completion of its GBP 40 million share buyback programme that commenced on 21 May 2024 and was extended on 29 August 2024 (the 'Programme').

 

Between 21 May 2024 and 11 November 2024, 22,373,602 ordinary shares in the Company were repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at a weighted average price of £1.7919 per share. This represented 4.78% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding any shares held in treasury, of which there are none) when the Programme commenced.
