yes brownie69 dose read like that, personally i would rather bob holt spent it on bolt-on companys to increase the size of green compliance. i trust him to spend it wisely

Lanjan, I read it as they are keeping that option open. Maybe they'd return part of it rather than all? For example returning 3m would be over 0.625p share, half of current valuation!

They had two problems:
Integrating the businesses
Selling the combined concept to Clients

No great signs of success with either.
No synergy & no energy

Quietly getting on with the business I'd say.
Next results will be interesting.
If they are decent I could easily see this becoming a tasty morsel for one of the big boys to pick up.

You have to ask how they can make such losses in Pest Control when Rentokil use the same market as a cash cow.
And then you look at Water...more money down the drain.
Better to be outside the wigwam for the moment.

The good news is that there was a buyer for the 10m shares.

This looks to be way too cheap.

Debt overhand which squeezed equity is completely gone.

Thus a business that could do say 18m rev and 1.5m EBITDA being valued at 3.3 times earnings!

I'd say it should be 10 times as a minimum thus 15m market cap or around 3p.

Looks like a broker is doing the rounds with the placing stock, not a bad profit selling 10 million for 1.25p having paid 1p for it, nice profit, 340 million max left :-))

Changed my mind, does not look like there is enough interest, no quote to sell 50k online so I do not want to buy knowing I cannot sell, like to see some bid interest so decided to pass.
