(AIM:GRPH), the international provider of nanotechnology performance enhancing solutions for global industries, announces that it has received notice from Dato' Sallehuddin Bin Othman, an independent non-executive director of the Company, of his resignation from the Board, effective 16 January 2018, to focus on family commitments.
