Wondering if a deal has been leaked somehow? From no trading for weeks, to suddenly after 2pm we have a flurry of activity starting when the US opened for trading. A clue?

Actually there's been 4 pairs of matched trades in a short space of time this afternoon. Once, you can understand a person having second thoughts or having their stop triggered. But this looks like a game being played by an Individual this afternoon in an hour of trading. The rise from 5 to 8 however has not been sold, just some of the trades since.

Exactly. You could lose a grand or make ten grand. Gotta be worth it as they do actually have the money, just a case of how they're planning to invest it

Yes we already know this. I'm not expecting a special divi. However there is a massive £25mill war chest versus the current £2.5mill market cap. If they invest that money, there is the gamble and the speculation and it will multibag. Clearly a nervous person has shat themself and wants out today Into the rise. If it ends up well, the market cap will be a minimum of TEN times this price.

The Board noted there has been market speculation about whether funds will be returned to shareholders in the near term. The Board would caution investors against anticipating this, as this is not the current intention.

bought just 10k in shares they mention fintech..plus £20mill plus war chest...the worry is will they delist and run away??? hence not put in massive.

It would be hard for anyone to pull a positive out of the hat. The departure of the NSD/Chairman will have been a big blow to any cred which had remained at GIPO, despite the much reported money funds.

Additionally the difficulty of buying the stock and even after that struggle, the problem of selling where L2 shows mm's each only showing the minimum NMS lots of 2000 shrs, each side of the bid ask....currently 2mm's with 2x2k lots of shrs, each side....daft.

Also a string of other possible problems there - difficulty company has to invest funds.... so many investors hugely burned by Chinese stocks in he past....possible de-listing been mentioned...what else to come?

Down at 1-2p there may be plenty who will buy a binary bet....win or lose.
