SFO UPDATE
Goldshield Group plc.

Goldshield Group plc (the "Company") announces that following the allegations of
anti-competitive behaviour between the Company and three third party companies
made by the Secretary of State and certain English Health Authorities in
December 2002 (as announced at that time), the Company continues to provide all
necessary assistance to the SFO in their enquiries. Accordingly, Mr. Ajit Patel
and Mr. Kirti Patel have been notified by the Serious Fraud Office that they may
be required to attend interviews some time between April and June, 2005.

As stated in the press release dated 11th April, 2002, Goldshield and its
executives do not believe that they have acted in an unlawful or improper
manner.
