Still riding 250k from 0.1p, sold 500k at 0.19p but the herd chase this one silly, no pressure when it's a £250 trade, if I had £5k in this I would be more nervous.

Good luck chaps I sincerely wish you well, I am afraid I will not be touching GMA long or short until a clear value is decided by the market on and after 1 March which will then be KEM.

My posts were only to help novice traders and basically try and show the reality of the deal.
I have always tried to help fellow traders in the past and now have come to the conclusion there are some that should not be in this game and no help will suffice.

Please anyone one feel free to open a new BB under ticker KEM, as I will not be doing so.

In the real world, especially in certain parts , companies are able to buy mining concessions etc at knock down prices.How? Perhaps secret surveys/aerial photos revealed more than the owners realised existed? Perhaps someone was "persuaded" it was in his/family's interest to sign on a dotted line.
Who knows.I certainly have no inside info.But then again neither do the shorters.

In addition to the main valuable ore components of molybdenum (Mo) and tungsten(W) the deposit is also thought to contain amounts of bismuth, beryl, LITHIUM, rubidium,cesium, copper, GOLD and SILVER.

1 March will be interesting to watch, can't remember a share were there has been such confussion as to what is going on.
If the mkt still values KEM at £80m on 1 March then well done those holding 0.1p you will breakeven.
Anything below £80m will be a loss.
For the 0.9p buyers to breakeven the mkt will have list KEM @ £700m plus.

"The Deferred Shares will have no, or very limited rights, and for all practical purposes, be valueless and it is the Board's intention, at an appropriate time, to have the Deferred Shares cancelled. No certificates will be issued in respect of the Deferred Shares."

The first valuation of KEM assets if sold separately and in an orderly fashion without financial pressures, is now in. It is not possible to evaluate likely interest at this early stage and a move by a major could add further value.
Waiting for a few more as this figure is even higher than I thought.

What about the deferred shares. they could have value if not cancelled, we shall see.
The admission figure is on basics and not valuation of assets at market price, let alone the stock price,
The present share price, despite Guru and Co shorting it, is trying to give true valuation despite this.

Even worse curry - they were expecting KEM to list at £463k cap which is divided by 148m shares then divided again by 500 to get GMA holders percentage!
They obviously never expected the market to pump this to infinity and beyond!

market currently value KEM assests @ £87.3m
