We have to decide individually if this is fair value or whether the asset is worth more than £41m.
From there we need to think further on a usual discount or premium.

Okay Noirua - £41m divided by 148 mil = 27p per share KEM. GMA will con 500:1

So 27p/500 =........ 0.054p

Divide the number of 'B' shares in total + deferred shares, into the £41m and you have the value guys. Allow +/- 5% and you have the rough price per share.

Amazing how people still think this is worth buying at this level. If they get the licences back then the total number of shares that GMA will become is less that 1% of the total issued shares.
Jeez, wake up and smell the coffee!!!
If they don't get the licences then GMA are worth diddly.
Why the hell do you think they issued another RNS yesterday on the share price movement?
"Well we told them twice but they are still buying............."
