Repayment of Bond

Globalworth, the leading office investor in Central and Eastern Europe, is pleased to announce that on 20 June 2022 it repaid the holders of its EUR550.0 million 2.875 per cent. Notes due 20 June 2022 (ISIN: XS1577957837) which had been issued under its EUR1.5 billion Euro Medium Term Notes Programme (the "2022 Notes"). The total principal amount which has been repaid is EUR323.1 million, which was the outstanding balance of the 2022 Notes following the partial tender and settlement of EUR226.9 million 2022 Notes in July 2020.
