Interim Dividend Payment

The Company is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of an interim dividend in respect of the six month period ended 30 June 2022 of EUR0.14 per ordinary share, which will be paid (or CREST accounts credited) on Friday 30 September 2022 to shareholders on the register as at close of business on Friday 9 September 2022 with a corresponding ex-dividend date of Thursday 8 September 2022.
