*On 1 July 2021, Hilardo Limited ("Hilardo"), an indirect subsidiary of Aroundtown SA, transferred 48,629,464 of the shares in Globalworth to Tevat Limited ("Tevat"). On 2 July 2021, Tevat transferred 48,629,464 of the shares in Globalworth to Zakiono, such that Zakiono now holds 113,879,464 of the shares in Globalworth. Hilardo and Tevat no longer hold any shares in Globalworth.
