Requisition of a General Meeting
The board of directors of GRIT (the "Board") announces that on 31 May 2018 it received a requisition to convene a general meeting of the Company from a registered shareholder holding more than 5 per cent. of its issued share capital to elect Mr Jonathan Reynolds as a director of the Company.
The Board is taking advice in relation to the requisition, and will update the market thereafter.
