15 March 2018 - Global Invacom Group Limited ("Global Invacom" or "the Group"), a satellite communications ("Sat Comms") equipment provider listed on the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, announces that on 15 March 2018, Mr Basil Chan, Non-Executive Director of the Group, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of S$0.145 per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr Chan is beneficially interested in 165,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.061% of the Group's issued share capital.
