(a closed-ended investment company incorporated in Guernsey with registration number 45717)

Transaction in own shares
The Company announces that on 9 July 2018 it acquired 200,000 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Shares") for cancellation at a price of 19.5p per share, representing approximately a 39% discount to the last published GFIR NAV per share.
Accordingly, once these shares have been cancelled the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 13,618,490 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
