14/9/2016 12:07 | nice to see some volume today regardless of how small. :) | neo26
14/9/2016 08:37 | Interims should be out soon. | neo26
13/9/2016 21:55 | i think their is a re-rate coming here, thats for sure. | neo26
13/9/2016 17:20 | That's good news.Like I said not bothered at all if they give the loan back or default. Both are lucrative options at this price. So if they don't pay loan back in essence minus 1.3m from 10m, they have got $8.7m for cancelling their 11m shares in GED. | neo26
13/9/2016 16:48 | Well this one moving up nicely at last. And my favorite poster handle (bad gateway)here too with news that these directors are earning the company interest for doing naff all. What more could you ask for? | loverat
13/9/2016 16:43 | Had a reply from GED, pretty quick actually expected to be ignored so good on them there.. Oh great and exalted shareholder, Thank you for your question. Based on the terms of the note receivable, Global receives $100,000 in cash per month in interest income (12 per cent per annum; payable monthly). Kind regards, Anna Anna Williams Director of Strategy and Business Development 180 State Street, Suite 200 Southlake, TX 76092 817.424.2424, ext 110 cid:image002.png@01D | bad gateway
13/9/2016 15:42 | gedi moving on little volume. news imminent, everest defaults we cancel their shares in our company. oh yea.. | neo26
13/9/2016 13:38 | im pretty sure they are paying the interest monthly, | neo26
13/9/2016 13:19 | I thought it was 12% per annum? | bsg
13/9/2016 13:03 | massively undervalued, does anyone know any other aim stock which has considerable cash pile compared to it mkt cap, only double figure cashpiles please.. Thanks | neo26
13/9/2016 12:55 | something is brewing! | neo26
13/9/2016 07:40 | Have sent them an email to ask spob. Will post if I get a reply. | bad gateway
13/9/2016 07:19 | yes but i'm just wondering are they paying that interest ? | spob
13/9/2016 00:36 | hugepants i agree, the difference is small. At least we got $1.1m interestfor the loan. Default or not this stock is too cheap. | neo26
13/9/2016 00:31 | What a mess. They should have given the cash back to shareholders. Lending money to a related party, what a farce. | anangf
12/9/2016 23:00 | useless people | tattooed93
12/9/2016 22:07 | The fact the loan has been extended for only 1 month kind of makes you think it will either be paid back or defaulted shortly. Either way 1 month is an extra 120 grand to GED which is not to be sniffed at. If you do the arithmetic I think its preferable the loan is repaid rather than the shares cancelled. The shares look way too cheap whatever the outcome. | hugepants
12/9/2016 15:56 | Well I think their shares will be cancelled? This will still be massively undervalued | neo26
12/9/2016 11:55 | the interest payments are in the form of a letter of credit in a brazilian bank lol i am sure the auditors have had a look to see if it is there | opodio
12/9/2016 08:00 | What's the situation with the interest payments are they being paid ? and are the interest payments in cash or shares ? | spob
12/9/2016 07:48 | Happy with todays rns myself, would most likely have sold if they'd upped the loan but don't mind seeing their shares cancelled if they don't pay not with ged being so undervalued anyway.. | bad gateway
11/9/2016 11:42 | me personally i dont think everest will pay loan back on thurs, their shares which are collateral of c.11m will be cancelled from ged. shares in issue in ged will be c.26m as a result of cancellation. This company will still be massively undervalued. | neo26
09/9/2016 09:31 | hopefully some action next week. yawn | neo26
30/8/2016 23:59 | Nice to see some buyers, really interesting to see. What happens here in the next 2 weeks... | neo26
30/8/2016 12:53 | Returning cash to shareholders would be a massive boost for the share price (div or buy back stock). If I wanted to invest in a leveraged loan vehicle I would not have bought GED...and don't go on about the 12% coupon, why is the borrower paying that if it is not the market rate for the credit risk. | anangf |
