Cancellation of Treasury shares

In line with the Company's policy to maintain its number of treasury shares below 10% of total issued share capital from time to time, the Company announces today the cancellation of 286,200,066 treasury shares.

Following this action, as of opening of dealings today, the total number of ordinary shares in treasury was 1,079,521,793, representing approximately 7.8.% of the Company's total issued share capital.
