PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--L'agence de notation financière S&P Global Ratings a abaissé jeudi à "négative" sa perspective sur la note de crédit de GlaxoSmithKline, contre "stable" auparavant, après l'annonce par le laboratoire britannique de son projet d'acquisition de la biotech américaine Tesaro.
"Bien que nous prévoyions que GSK réduira son ratio d'endettement à moins de 3 fois à la fin de l'année 2018, ce qui est la limite pour conserver sa note actuelle, nous pensons que l'acquisition [de Tesaro, ndlr] pourrait porter ce ratio à plus de 3 fois en 2019", explique S&P dans un communiqué.
L'agence a confirmé sa note de crédit "A+" sur GSK.
