05/7/2023 20:03 | Cheers bozzy I didn’t know his reputation just seemed wrong to comment like that. News good or bad always seems to attract wrong uns. | paleje
05/7/2023 15:11 | Why would 15p be sufficient? Their accounts for last year show a loss of ~2.2m but they have made cost cuts which will annualise at over 4m and it seems revenues are holding well and may even be increasing, we'll know in a couple of weeks. They are also in a low inflation country. They've done the heavy lifting, the mcap now with the share price at 20p is ~7.44m if ADVFN's numbers are right, I think any sensible offer needs to be north of that. | paleje
05/7/2023 14:50 | Forward looking (based on 2023 numbers revenue ² EBITDA I'd guess in the 35-45 range | bigbang1

30/6/2023 07:48 | Agreed, they've done what they said they would to start climbing out of the mess they were in, methodical, boring, slow but its working so far and if it continues there's a value and its somewhat higher than current. | paleje
30/6/2023 07:02 | They already did! 1.1m profit already this year. Turnaround showing positive results I'd say. | fgump

14/12/2022 07:23 | Glantus (AIM: GLAN), the provider of Accounts Payable ("AP") automation and analytics solutions, is pleased to announce that the EUR1.5m additional short term working capital facility, which was drawn down from its existing Beach Point debt facility, as announced by the Company on 24 October 2022, has now been fully repaid as scheduled prior to 31 December 2022. | paleje
04/10/2022 12:28 | "Total debt outstanding as of 31 December 2021 was €10.9m. This was largely made up of Beachpoint Capital loan facility of €10.4m and Bank of Ireland €0.2m and Enterprise Ireland €0.3m. It is the Company's intention to refinance the existing senior debt in 2022." - Total debt of €10.9m at an interest rate of 10%, finance costs were €631k in H1... - Cash of €391k at 30/06 vs cash used in operating activities for the last half year of €579k - From the admission doc; "In addition the BPC Loan Agreement includes a cash covenant which is tested on a monthly basis whereby from Admission the Company must have total cash in hand or on deposit in UK or Ireland in Sterling or Euro in the amount of at least €1,000,000." Unless the terms have been changed, GLAN appear to be in breach of that covenant. At £4.6m market cap this looks dead as a dodo - also accounts payable automation companies are ten a plenty. Quite how selling shareholders made £3.8m in the IPO I'll never know. | 74tom
29/9/2022 14:02 | I suppose the question is what price is the placing. | stalker_boy
28/9/2022 22:33 | Hiccup is not an analogy I'd use. I'd be more inclined to use the words intensive care. | dave2608
28/9/2022 20:12 | I bought over 10% of the shares traded today. Maurice Healy is one very bright guy. I see this as a hiccup and only a hiccup. | hybrasil
28/9/2022 19:29 | Yes you're right there is no begging bowl. Beggars are asking for you to give them money, not loan them money at exhorbitant rates. I'll rephrase it ....."back with a begging for a loan bowl" But you know what I meant. | dave2608 |
