Sssssshh you lot! Lets not talk the AZX price up along with our own :) Personally I think GGG is a dog, there isn't any gold and someones knicked all the spare cash (Probably Paul M) :)

Hiddendepths Was right i think i want to buy some more come Monday ..

Why ? we are 4 times lower in value than the average ....

Page 10 and i have to say 11 suggests to me that the 3.2 million may well
in time be closer to 10 million .. I honestly cant see these shares staying at this price for much longer i expect a rerating to 30p NEXT WEEK ..

aLL IMHO DYOR ETC ETC .

This note from Hardman (prior to the most recent JORC) valued GGG at 60p. That was based on an anticipated 1.5m oz.

I only raise all of this because there was some suggestion here yesterday that this company had a fair value of 40p. I would rather have thought that going forward, once BBG has completed its feasibilities studies, this was a multibagger, with a fair value of at least £1.

Whilst we reflect on that ...I see that this company has 3.8m oz which are currently valued at $20 an oz.

The discount to NAV because ....

In summary, the risks are simple: no funding, a bid as low as 21p, and political risk but if the money comes through, and CNMIM takes the project through to production, and if there are no unexpected hiccups in Tajikistan, there is a strong argument to support the view that at USD $20 per oz, KYS' gold looks very good value.

On page 5 of that link appears:

JORC mineral resource of 3.2M ounces contained gold (102Mt at 0.96 g/t Au)

Just out of interest what is the NAV of that?

Agree with you on that HD, even AZX's roadshow presentation show BBG will have approx 285m shares, GGG will get 170.5m so that leaves 114.5m to AZX, which mean approx 0.82 shares in BBG per AZX share.

I don't think he'd factored in the cash equalisation or 10% discount.

Someone on the AZX thread on HotCopper is suggesting that AZX will get 0.97 shares in BBG per AZX share. That looks a long way out to me. My spreadsheet certainly doesn't agree. I reckon that the ratio is about 0.86 with AZX at 25.5p and 0.89 at 29.5p.

fwiw my spreadsheet has been updated using the most recent data produced by AZX and I'm confident the figures aren't too far out.

On this basis, AZX is only slightly cheaper than GGG after Friday's sharp move up in the latter. Certainly switching would not be cost-effective as the spreads and dealing costs would exceed any apparent benefit! Worth keeping an eye on but not a good idea at present.

Smarty.

2nd and 3rd on the leader board ! are you serious ? I have been cynical about both and need to have a seam of gold 40ft thick and a column of oil at least 120m before I start to believe there is in substance in both co s ;-)
Am I a cynic or what ? Should have bought the land instead LOL.

Well it was all going so nicely until Smarty pops up at 22.50 and says we've cleared the resistance.

Still, things could have been a lot worse I guess.

Cheers jaws! He'll be able to afford a decent drop of vino for his followers, methinks. Just don't let McGroary into the secret - he's a cheapskate! MacDonalds and a drop of Carmenere if you're lucky!

Friday afternoons are usually weak for stocks which have performed well during the week. This is due to traders closing their positions ahead of the weekend. I know a guy who is a large trader who always closes all his positions on Friday so he starts anew on Monday having had a stress-free weekend. He looks good on it and has made an excellent living for years.
