Trading volume has recently been low with the share price drifting also lower. There is little interest despite all the hype of billions of pounds worth of resources underground that is about to be discovered in the next four months (planning, drilling once permit is obtained and analysing results. The promoter of this share has got it completely wrong so far and in regards to the share price. He should have stuck his money in a cash ISA.

The founding directors have put 6 million quid of their own money into this company. 2.5 million of which is unsecured loans which will need to be paid back and where the preferential shares come in. There is a lock in period of 2 years so not a problem as they cannot sell them and believe me they will want more than 12p which is the issue price

The Directors also have 35 million performance shares coming if the company drills both wells. All-in diluted we will have 140 million shares at least but possibly more via funding dilution.

Not de-ramping as I hold a chunk myself. The upside would be so huge that I think it is worth the ride.

Good post there but only 2 points to correct him on,1 we are funded to drill Hussar and advance Mt winter to pre drill ready ( would need funding to drill that one).2 the directors are now on paid salary from ipo.

A certain investor has got it absolutely wrong by constantly promoting this company only to see its share price fall to an unbelievably low value. I hope that he does not or did not work in the marketing department in his real job.

The actual close yesterday would have been 9.15p but for a 1.5k buy at 4.35pm to give the UT 9.5p
