Neo in regards to drilling permits the department recommends the application be in 3 months prior to spud which we have done, including all relevant paperwork.

Due to them needing 3 months i wouldnt bank of the permit shortly but itl be closer to drill if my research into other drills in the area are anything to go by.

But its just a paperwork formality we already have land access to complete the work.

Permits shouldn't be an issue imo. The Aussies are as gung ho for hydrogen as they are for helium.

It will be granted, we are approaching end of sept need those hussar drilling permits in so gex can drill in dec.

theyve drilled 3 previous wells on mt winter so its not as though permission has never been granted before......

Yes I noticed the warrants were issued at a fairly hefty 50% premium which is unusual. Obviously worthless below that price, so the creditor must have confidence that the share price will be well over 15p soon...

Interesting to see 580k shares issued as a fee for services at 12.5p when share price is around 10p together with 1.2m warrants at 15.6pCould this be payment to Bob? or the lawyers for drafting any docs?Next week looks interesting and news awaited.

Agreed MT winter will be with us shortly :), we are approaching end of sept, oct and nov will be rich in news if they plan to drill in dec. Whoever buys now will benefit. Remember He1 started off with mkt cap of 5m and it went on a run. Gex has greater potential..

The Central land council is the native body responsible for all indigenous land affairs . In most indigenous communities the elder statesman from within themselves is highly respected and therefore doing anything that can be seen as against his wish is disrespectful.Mt winter native title will be granted imo. Most importantly is in the interest and benefits of the communities themselves.Bob did it for Hussar and will do it for Mt winter too.A decision from the Central Land Council should be forthcoming soon.

For some reason the mkt are confusing mt winter and hussar licenses. Thisbis why i think there will be serious rerate when MT winter license is obtained. Fingers crossed...

Agreed neo. The indeoendent cpr prospective resource here is the largest compared to all the other helium stocks listed in London. Looking forward to seeing progress here at GEX also, my recent buy-in is underwater but I think it's also substantially undervalued... and *if* the drill bit hits the jackpot then yes it will be a multibagger!
