He's probably talking about the 17,166,667 £0.04 pre RTO warrants, in which case:

The consolidation affects your warrants as follows:

Current Position:

You hold 17,166,667 warrants exercisable at £0.04 per share.

Consolidation Details:

The company is consolidating its shares on a 5:1 basis. This means every 5 existing shares of £0.01 each will be consolidated into 1 new share of £0.05 each.

Impact on Warrants:

Post-consolidation, the number of warrants you hold will be reduced proportionally by the same 5:1 ratio.

The exercise price of each warrant will increase by the same 5:1 ratio to maintain the same economic value.

Specifically:

Number of Warrants: Your 17,166,667 warrants will be divided by 5. You will now hold 3,433,333 warrants.

Exercise Price:

The exercise price of your warrants will increase by 5 times. It will now be £0.20 per share (previously £0.04).

In Summary:

After the consolidation, you will hold 3,433,333 warrants, each exercisable at £0.20 per share.

Also to note is these warrants expire on 6th September 2024.

n my opinion one of the legacy holders is effecting the share price by selling down the position after coming back to market. All imo #gex

weakness in price more to do with low volume August/summer doldrums

just arent enough RETAIL around this time of year.
