Over sold here now again! Time to fill your boots ;) |
I'm positive and have recently bought in but it's going to take some time. Have only taken a half position as fundraise larger than their current MCap (£5m) is required. They will likely hope FDA kit approval and resulting RNS will boost share price so they can raise. This, of course, assumes approval. Patience required. And maybe more funds. |
Is anyone still positive about this co? |
Taken from Cavendish Broker note today:
- Investment thesis – We believe GENinCode is making strong progress, establishing its Early Access Programme for its lead tests in the US, gaining a CPT code for CIC-Score and progressing its FDA application for CIC-Score kit format. We expect on-going LIPID inCode roll-out in the UK and increasing EU revenues. With a large and global patient population to target and a broadly un-addressed CVD genetic testing market available, we believe GENinCode is well placed to grow revenue and profits.
We note that had GENinCode continued the application via the 510(k) route, it could have established this regulatory pathway for future potential competition, possibly establishing a lower regulatory hurdle for any future polygenic risk scoring tests |

According to Investor Meet Company: £8m required at the next raise "potentially our last funding". Breakeven mid 2025, profitability due 2026. Market cap today £9m. That might require a fair bit of haircut. |
Nice RNS this morning - but will it impact the share price? |
Excellent news today with the Cardio InCode 510k submission finally filed with the FDA. We should have had enough conversation with the FDA by now to ensure approval given within the 90 days without any further delays.
WH Irelands 90p share price target looks more realistic now. |
In demand again this morning. Will we finally have confirmation that the Cardio InCode 510k submission has been filed with the FDA. Last September it was “expected to be filed with the FDA over the coming weeks”. On 3rd January it was “ to be filed shortly.”. Once submitted it’s a 90 day wait. |
Great Story. Cash rich, No debt, Directors have plenty of Skin-in-the-Game, Tiny free float. Hopefully lots of news to come. Should do very well! |
So far so good :) |
Back in Buy territory;) |
American market now open.. |
wait for 14p |
pump over SOLD OUT ... now shorting |
Deal is unknown. It's all in the licence and the vast market now available. It's not so much a step change as a gigantic leap. Hence the rise. |
What’s this deal worth? |
It's big news for a company with an 18 to 19 million market cap and 96m shares. No wonder it is motoring. |
There already are...they are called shorters. |
