A mm would not go short in a stock like this, if they are selling all
this stock they have a seller lined up or already bought it at a lower
price.

If not that then it could be they are wanting to reduce their holdings
as there is a extreme risk that this company might not survive and thus
want to reduce their exposure to it.

Ignore the pump and dumpers and dyor, read the last statement.
