30/6/2008 22:32 | well, Mkt Cap = £1.7m, NAV ( AFTER impairment ) = £14.8m & with principal bankers medium term support, it's got to be worth a look ? ex CEO holds over 10 % though, won't be good if he decides to sell them. | the troll
30/6/2008 15:24 | .. agreed they seem to have been given a new slate of debt facility (till Dec 2009): Following the review, and subject to final documentation, the Group now has committed senior debt facilities from HBOS plc and NM Rothschild & Sons Limited in place until 31 December 2009. New covenants have now been agreed, subject only to final documentation, with HBOS plc and NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd, to reflect better the on-going emphasis of the Group's business. The Group has agreed to return to its bankers at least £5 million from net proceeds received from Venture finance clients by 31 January 2009, which is in line with the Group's new trading forecasts. Accordingly, the Group now expects to be able to operate within its banking facilities for the foreseeable future. | andrbea
30/6/2008 15:18 | Interesting RNS. I don't see the shares surging on the back of this, but good to read that the banks are going to continue to support (subject to finalising new covenants) | wooly62

23/6/2008 09:35 | PowerTrader - why did you leave your pump and dumping friend andrebea holding the bag on this 1 by closing your T out last week? ...... andrebea after all your ramping volumes are still non-existent the MMs priced the spread to skin you, at least it looks like your friend PT did succeed in pumping 1 unlucky PI, unfortunately it looks like he dumped this lemon on you.. | grlz

23/6/2008 09:26 | andbea - Not a distressed sale i'm afraid as Troy if you had any experience in the markets you would know operate a low risk conservative strategy beloved by charities who mandate their investments portfolios to Troy's managers. The bulk of the holding was held via Troy's Trojan fund, which is a low risk play. GENC has now become HIGH RISK by any measure. Troy have taken a hit, but they obviously feel on their RISK - INCOME and FUTURE GROWTH measures that GENC is only fit for the likes of rampers who spam advfn threads in order to pump and dump their £800 gambles.... DYOR | grlz

23/6/2008 07:24 | andrbea. Your ramping parsaite friend has already dumped Genc and now is desperate with his £800's worth of Panr to push that stock :-)) All that spamming on such a small trade. | 8trader

23/6/2008 07:13 | The fact that Troy sold out in 1 go was what made me think of 'distressed seller' syndrome otherwise, IMO at least, a major stakeholder would usually divest in stages, leaving a bit in the company. | andrbea
