notification dated 19 November 2007 that, following a recent transfer of stock
within non-beneficial funds under the discretionary management of Matterhorn
Investment Management LLP, the following announcement needs to be made.
Non-beneficial funds under the discretionary management of Matterhorn
Investment Management LLP hold an interest in 13,371,982 of the Company's
ordinary 1p shares, amounting to approximately 12.79% of the Company's issued
share capital.
The following interests are included in the above total of shares:
The Wildhorn Master Fund 5,861,250 shares;
The Breithorn Master Fund 5,563,000 shares.
The Palmyra Fund no longer has a notifiable holding.
The registered holders of the above total of shares are:
Goldman Sachs Securities (Nominees) Limited 13,121,982 shares;
HSBC Global Custody Nominees UK Limited 250,000 shares.
