GEIGER COUNTER LIMITED ("GCL" OR THE "COMPANY")
Potential listing on the London Stock Exchange
Further to the announcement by the Company on 8 February 2024, the Board notes that, as part of the FCA's Listing Rules reform to encourage a greater range of companies to list on the Official List in the UK, a simplified listing regime and streamlined eligibility requirements will be introduced later this year. Accordingly, once these changes take effect, the Company is now considering applying for admission of the Company's ordinary shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to the London Stock Exchange for its ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on the premium segment of the Main Market (the "Admission") as a means of broadening the appeal of the Company to a wider range of shareholders. If the Company does proceed with an application for the Admission, it will provide an update in due course.
