Mmmm....a real falling knife here.

SDRY did at least have an uptick from its recent low, but unfortunately here at G4M the low hasn't yet been reached.

That might sound a bit unfair to PS and it is not intended to be. I think many companies are not being very honest at the moment about progress and then are blaming their woes on Brexit and everything they can.

PS has been badly wrong recently. He is an excellent analyst but there are a lot of dodgy companies around at the moment. How could anyone get CAKE? He reckons he sold out of these at 800p and bought a flat with the proceeds. Smart selling. A lot of comments by size are not that far from the truth it seems and the big players want out. May get a bounce soon as this is so oversold but other internet stuff is just going lower and lower

That's profoundly deep and well thought out..clearly you have little grasp of how grabbing market share in a fragmented market place is achieved.I'd refer you to Paul Scott's write up on this.

Sounds like they tried the Amazon approach and have just ended up shooting themselves in the foot.

Mr Smith, if i had a shop, but sales where flat so i started standing in the high street selling £10 notes for £9; would i have difficulty increasing my sales and turnover?

Well the rot of the huge overhang really is set in here, most poeple would be amazed at what these ii fund mangers are willing to take once they decide to get out, literally peanuts. G4M On a P/E of over 30 at £1.90 isn't peanuts.
This could easily half from here quickly!
There will be no recovery until the fund (blackrock) has finished selling, could very easily drip drip down to Size's target of 80p quicker than i anticipated.
Another aim failure propped up by selling £10 for £9.50 to buy turnover to hide the real story of margin erosion and lack of sale on higher margin items!

The p/e is totally unsustainable and reading the RNS how much more cash (borrowing) is all these extra warehouses going to cost?
Moreover, why would they need them if they are only selling low margin stock in meaningful quantity?

I tell you what G4M, save building extra space to sell low margin goods, why not use your existing space, cut the low margin goods and fill them with higher end goods you claimed you couldn't sell because you had no room?

What's more once you get rid of the low margin possibly loss making items we would get a true picture of the turnover growth, the profit margins and the earnings.
Call me and the fund manager skeptical but i wager that if you did that the figures would be awful and any notion of G4M being a growth stock would be exposed!

G4M in my opinion remains Vastly overvalued and looking more like a way of paying bod members, city parasites and spivs a good wage than ever returning anything in the way of capital growth for shareholders.
Unfortunately for shareholders it appears the largest independent shareholder/ fund manger concurs.

yes just 185p now.....yes ex growth is what mks are predicting. That the company will stand still this year or worse.

Which it might....meanwhile the stocks falls another 12 per cent as those who know most about the company seem determined to sell out.

150p from 2015 seems the most likely support level. Will be hit soon if this selling continues

Breaking down below 2 now. I wonder where the bottom will be? With such a heavy seller and ex growth here a real possibility 1.50 is possible although I have 1.20 in mind.

£2 seems a key area. If it breaks then down she goes. If she holds then a good buying op here.

turned into a real dawg. 800p this time last year to just 220p today and I see little support at the moment.

Size puts it to all that if the share can't recover after huge buying and bod purchases, then what is the logical movement direction once the buyers dry up and volume sinks back to almost zero? Down!

Once a lot of these 'bargain hunters" realise this isn't going anywhere until another 10% of the compnay is unloaded, a few lost souls will dump causing the price to be sub 200p in possibly few days time, then the inevitable drip drip towards 80p?

Best of luck all!
