Any predictions post pandemic? I mean will it fall off a Cliff next Spring? Slim profits on lower sales etc?

Not to me it doesn’t. I don’t think cinemas will be attracting big audiences back for quite some while. G4M, on the other hand, could hardly be better placed with a 4 week lockdown just ahead of the Christmas period.

Think the fast money may have reached the wrong conclusion on this by selling off on the vaccine news. Lockdowns still in place and vaccine won’t be widely available for a while yet. Progress being made by the company isn’t just because of COVID as results will show in a few weeks... tempted to pick up some more if this continues.

Mms having a big shake out, scaring some into selling. I guess they need stock ahead of the expectedly good interims due on Nov' 17th.

Results due 17th Nov should lead to upgrades especially for 2021/22. 36p earnings may be conservative.

You only get these companies coming around every so often.
Next few years are going to be a heady combination of forward earnings momentum and multiple expansion.
Easily a £500m mkt cap on a 2/3 year view.
Management just need to execute well - and the signs are very good.

An interesting and encouraging read, ending with “there are a number of positive factors that suggest the shares may have a lot further to go in due course.”

Thanks ‘hastings̵7;.

Progressive note is company sponsored and very conservative. Likely to upgrade 2021 earnings by 30% after interim next month. Buy and hold.

Singer had 24.3p pencilled in on the September note, but things have improved since then, hence Progressive now forecasting 30.3p.

Ali47fish definitely.
I wouldn’t focus on near term earnings to be honest.Take a view on earnings 2/3 years out and apply a multiple to that.G4M is a structural high growth story and deserves a high multiple on that basis. You are taking a view on them executing well but I would back them given the positive actions taken to reboot the business a year ago. This is not an expensive stock given where it should get to.All good.

john and davro on that basis and other commentators-its probably ok to add on the dips?

I would expect EPS of at least 30p for the year potentially more if this sales momentum continues... PE ratio looks very reasonable for the level of growth they are experiencing.

Assuming forecast EPS of 21p, would be a pe of 32.6. Let's say that's beaten and EPS of 25p would imply a pe of 27.4

With more lockdowns looming for much of the country and in other parts of Europe, Gear4music could continue to benefit, and forecasts look overly prudent to Investor's Champion.
