Of that 6 million volume the buys at 4 million exceed the sells 2/1. This should be moving up. There is a strong political and economic imperative for any new government to do the opposite of what Hasina did. Any new Government should be pointing out that Hasina blocking Phulbari has brought the country to its knees with constant blackouts and the inability to pay for expensive and dirty Indian coal. If Phulbari had been approved when it should have been years ago Bangladesh’s power infrastructure would be in a very different place and the lives of its citizens greatly improved.
