Why would there be a massive dilution. The company has no operating businesses. It is not providing funding for anything. The £2 million to 2025 serves only to pay the listing costs and the directors wages.

Why are these shares being sold for just a few pence now? In just a few days, we would have received a hundred times as much with the approval for raising capital. Tang knows that the approval will not come...or will come much...later

Everyone wants in now our finances are secure till October 2025. If goahead approved further income from sales of the overburden.

Great news for us. Last bit of uncertainty out the way. Fully funded for another 16 months is fantastic considering we are moments away from approval.

I agree with you that the next news will arrive very soon. Tang has acted now to get his mates in before the big rise. The share price left to its own devices would be way above 10p but Tang was always going to see his mates right. Whilst it’s annoying because the money could have been raised at a much higher sp,but in the scheme of things because the upside is so high,it is of little consequence. A very positive day for all long term shareholders.

Great positive update from Tang. Companies only focus now is getting it over the line.

The exploration licence for Phulbari was first awarded to BHP Mining in 1994 (30 years ago). It was then obtained by Asia Energy in 1999 (25 years ago). Asia Energy then changed its name to GCM in 2003. GCM has effectively been sitting on this exploration licence for 25 years.

The Bangladesh government introduced the Mines and Minerals Rules in 2012. Rule 43 states a lease can only last for 10 years. Has there been any confirmation from the Bangladesh government that GCM has met the requirements of its previous lease and that it has been renewed?
