Didn't Philbara's MP state in parliament that not going ahead was harming his constituents?
Likely paid by the Chinese to say so imo but they do want it as part of their new silk road project so see who's got the most clout, locals or Chinese I guess.

This is a very positive quote from Hasina. I'm not gonna start speculating or ramping etc but personally I can't help but see the positive in this statement. Let's just hope it DOES include us and it's not too far off time wise

combradjones, the concept here is of a vast ball half the size of the planet stood at the top of a ramp, with just tiny weeny sliver of a wedge stopping it from rolling to glory. That tiny wee sliver of a wedge is attached to a long piece of string, that leads to a bejewelled overweight woman reclining on a lavish chaise longue. She has been teasing people for about 15 years every now and then pretending that she will pull the wedge out of the way. However one suspects that she is holding out for some massive inducement to do this, so she flirts with whomever she thinks might be the best bet to get whatever it is she wants.
