BEWARE this stock is being ramped by people who are lying about its progressThere is and never has been any permit to extract coal.The company and their 11th hour Chinese clingons are creating non-news with these endless meaningless agreements and mou's. The only news you need to take note of is the official news from the Bangla government.

And what revelatory news do you expect on the 28th ? All that's happening is GCM is sending more ... please let us mine cos we're really desperate ... paperwork to the Banglas who will do as they always do ... file it away in a dusty room with all the other moth eaten "too difficult to make a decision" paperwork.
