Morning Martin.

Yep, same ol. Not unexpected at all based on history here. Unfortunately most who piled in yesterday, their historical knowledge & research probably only stretched back 2 minutes of LSE BB reading

Although profit on lse talks bolox. This fella absolutely highlights the lack of knowledge punters have who dived in yesterday.

“All the other mines in the region” 🤔

“Operate normally” Obviously not including Barapukuria in that statement. Which other mines are you referring to chap? 😂😂

I personally can’t see it going that low again but you never know with this.

Certainly a step in the right direction though & it does make me feel more optimistic that we will get the goahead someday.

Just be aware it won’t be in the ridiculous short timescales the rampers will continue to pump. They’ll be using the 28th Feb as a definite submission date & then pumping the SOD approval will be 5 minutes later.

Agreed baxtea1
You are correct, it was obvious that there would be an initial spike here but I think it will retract for at least 9 months but eventually if by luck the gcm team get approval then it should surpass yesterday’s price however remember the chinese are very astute and they have said GCM’s part of the deal is to get approval- I think if they don’t get it and the chinese have to get it over the line then gcm will become the minority shareholders in this!
Imho and waiting for the 10p to 15p range which could come on the next few days !

Idiots up all night on lse whinging and blaming derampers for them getting spiked at 60-70p.

You got spiked here because you piled in on a get rich quick punt, doing zero research & not understanding the RNS, if you even read it.

Take responsibility for your own actions. That’s half the problem with this country & the blame culture thats been adopted

Historically no deadline or estimated time for anything has been hit here so I wouldn’t call 28th Feb a definite.

They have said this JV stands for 12 months so make of that what you will.

Also, even if they manage 28th Feb it is merely submit proposal. You’ve then got Bangla speed of even looking at it. Then they’ll probably form another committee to go through it. You know what they’re like.

Appreciate rampers won’t like that opinion but that’s all it is, an opinion based on my experience here

Cheers

No formal proposal has been made to GOB. Will the date of 28th February be respected? this is a mistery as no mention from GCM/Powerchina hence we may suppose that yes it still stand for the 28th IMHO

So now that this signed... does the proposal submission to Govt dated 28th Feb still stand? (Per the RNS from 27th Nov 2018)

Will GoB say no to a hand that feeds them....

POWERCHINA has made a strong contribution to Bangladesh, having completed 10 infrastructure projects including 5 power plants totaling US$750m and 12 current projects amounting to US$4.6 billion including two coal fired power plants of 1,670MW.
