Yes. Fair play to those who have the time to trade this stock, they shouldve made a decent return recently.But there will be others investing now that have no idea of the history, or of what we're waiting for, those people will jump in blindly, thinking today's news is the big one.It helps, but it's not what we're really here for.Gcm have a big coal mine, but are unable to extract coal as a permit has never been granted.If it ever does go ahead, the Chinese will control the lions share. Wait and see. We are just pawns who have license to the resource.

And no mention of the government or of phulbari.Do people realise what they're investing in.If phulbari doesn't eventually get the go ahead, I doubt the Chinese will continue with the power agreement.The government has still not progressed the phulbari mine which has no permit to extract.
