Babbler - this is what you call a classic pump and dump. Certain traders are taking advantage of what is total non news, helped by the monkeys, to ramp the price up and suck in mugs who will be left holding the baby when the traders cash up and disappear.

The plants won't be producing revenue until the Bangla government decide to give the green light for mining ... which they haven't done for years and years and it doesn't look any more likely today than 10 years ago. But who knows, maybe you'll get lucky.
